Job Description

· Drive the growth of Mills SH by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating account servicing team.

· Enjoys business and finance, is highly motivated, and is a problem solver.

· Strategic planning for future development is a key.

· Responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.

· Requires thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s competitors.

Task:

· Develop and maintain client relationships, locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

· Drive the business development process by working with the operating teams in the proposal and interview processes including evaluating and screening RFP/RFQs and leads

· Managing internal teams (creative, account team and production team) for winning new business, provides strategic input tactical oversight

· Strong client facing skills with the ability and confidence to set up new business opportunities and hold new client meetings.

· Excellent communications skills

· Understand clients’ business and business issues to drive effective solutions

· Writing proposals and specifications

· Conducting workshops for clients

· Competitive analysis

· Contract review with potential new clients

Preferred experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar Prior international experience and intercultural knowledge is desired

· Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and take over responsibility

· Confidence, flexibility, organization and teamwork skills

· At least 5 years experience in commercial spatial and interior design related industry-- in an agency and/or within the corporate in new business development area

· Ability to manage multiple projects/events simultaneously

· Proficiency using computer and general business applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS - Excel is preferred), and has demonstrated an ability to learn new software applications.

· Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
